When I brew at home I use a full manual machine, and a commercial grinder. My machine is an Expobar Minore III with a rotary pump, it is plumbed in (both the inlet and the drainage). The grinder I have is branded as an Expobar, but it is actually a Fiamma or Marfil grinder. You can read about my grinder hopper modification at Coffee Snobs.
I am serious about coffee, and spend way too much time tweaking my grinder and machine ... but it's so worth it.
